The Planning Commission approved four development projects and two zoning items in a 45-minute meeting with four commissioners present.

THE BIG DECISIONS

• APPROVED — Talus Valley Villages 16A & 16B tentative map — 4-0 — 185 townhome units on 18.5 acres west of Veterans Parkway. Traffic light at Veterans and Town Center Parkway will be installed before the development opens.
• APPROVED — Ridge Park tentative map amendment — 4-0 — Adds 20 new lots (99 total) plus conditional permits for grading, drainage work, and hillside development in a single-family attached subdivision.
• APPROVED — Ridge Park zoning map amendment — 4-0 — Rezones 1.57 acres from Multi-Family to General Commercial at Vista Knoll Parkway and Sky Vista Parkway. Sent to City Council for final approval.
• APPROVED — Coyote Crossing time extension — 4-0 — Extends deadline two years to record final map for 33-lot subdivision northwest of Rockchuck Road and Lytton Road.
