By accessing or using civiclevel ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

civiclevel is a civic intelligence platform that provides weekly email newsletters summarizing local government activity. The Service is currently available for the City of Reno, Nevada, with expansion to other cities planned.

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement.

To access certain features, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate information during registration.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service
• Share your account credentials with others
• Use automated means to access the Service without our permission

All content generated by civiclevel, including newsletter summaries, digests, and platform content, is owned by Angelo Venture Studio. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without explicit written permission.

By using the Service, you acknowledge that we collect and process your personal information as described in our Privacy Policy. You consent to receiving email communications from civiclevel, including weekly newsletters and transactional emails related to your account.

By creating an account or joining our waitlist, you consent to receive email communications from civiclevel. You may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the unsubscribe link in any email. Transactional emails related to your account may still be sent after unsubscribing from marketing communications.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. civiclevel does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. All government meeting summaries are generated using AI and may contain inaccuracies.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Angelo Venture Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.

civiclevel uses artificial intelligence to summarize public government meetings. While we strive for accuracy, summaries may not reflect the complete record of any meeting. Always refer to official government sources for authoritative information.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to conflict of law principles.
